We use technology and methods which contribute to improved HSE and quality, as well as robotic solutions within blast cleaning that ensure clean and efficient working conditions. Our engineers are passionate about digital solutions that contribute to standardised engineering processes related to our disciplines, with the aim to strengthening and streamlining engineering deliveries to our customers. Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) by use of sensor

One of the industry’s biggest challenges is corrosion under insulation. KAEFER Energy is constantly working on improved solutions to manage and prevent CUI. Our engineers will always have a preventative design with a focus on CUI challenges, through the use of preventive maintenance solutions. An example of this is our ongoing study projects using sensor technology to indicate the risk of corrosion. Our test results provide successful and documented results in the work of predictable maintenance.
